91����'s University Institute for Teaching and Learning recently announced the selection of 91���� Marion Associate Professor of Education, Dr. Linda Parsons, as a mentor in the Faculty: Foundation, Impact, Transformation (FIT) program.

Recently, the STEMcoding project recorded videos to accompany the first few exercises in order to submit to hourofcode.com which is a national website for computer science education. The tutorials explain the physics of video games and how to code simple but fun games for high school aged students (9-12th grade). If approved, our tutorial will be the first physics-focused set of activities on the hour of code.

With the sale of his Marion chiropractic practice and the opening of his new stem cell treatment office, Dr. Scot Gray completed his pledge to 91���� Marion’s “GoBuck$” program by delivering $9,700 to the endowment that supports the unique college voucher project.

Dr. Francis E. Hazard, 91���� Marion’s second Dean & Director passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at the age of 88 leaving behind memories for those who knew him and a legacy of giving.

91���� at Marion in collaboration with the Harding Home Presidential Site, the Ohio History Connection, Marion Technical College, the Marion Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Marion Public Library, welcome presidential enthusiasts and historians from across the country to the 2017 Warren G. Harding Symposium, “The Great War: How America Came of Age,” July 14-16.
