Hon. Teresa L. Ballinger 
Judge Teresa Ballinger (she/her) has served as Judge of the Marion County Municipal Court since 2005. Her legal background includes roles as a criminal trial attorney, mediator, and special counsel for the Ohio Attorney General. A certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer, she is deeply engaged in justice reform and civic service. She is a founding member of Marion Matters and serves on boards including Downtown Marion, Inc. and the Marion Rotary Club.

Lisa A. Bush   
Lisa Bush (she/her) is Co-Founder and Vice President of Alluvial Private Wealth, providing strategic financial planning and investment management. With a strong background in wealth advising, she previously worked at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Chase. She is active in civic leadership, serving on the Women鈥檚 Business Council, the Women鈥檚 Club Home board, and several community organizations. She received the 2025 ATHENA Award and is a Marion Technical College Hall of Fame inductee.

Mayor William (Bill) Collins   
Bill Collins (he/him) currently serves as Mayor of the City of Marion and brings over 38 years of law enforcement and public service experience. He previously held leadership roles as Marion鈥檚 Chief of Police, Chief Deputy, and Major overseeing patrol and investigations. A U.S. Army veteran and FBI National Academy graduate, Collins is a decorated public servant known for reforming operations, leading community policing efforts, and supporting youth intervention programs. He is also an Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) instructor at Marion Technical College.

Tara L. Dyer   
Tara Dyer (she/her) is a lifelong educator and community advocate with over 35 years of service in Marion City Schools, where she taught elementary grades and mentored students through programs like Marion Mentors. She holds a master鈥檚 degree from 91导航 and serves on numerous boards, including the Marion City Schools Board, Tri-Rivers Career Center Board, and the Black Heritage Council. She is a passionate leader in civic engagement, education equity, and youth empowerment.

Lois J. Fisher   
A lifelong Marion resident and civic leader, Lois Fisher (she/her) is the owner of Lois J. Fisher & Associates, specializing in real estate development and revitalization of downtown Marion properties. She has served on numerous boards including Park National Bank, Marion CAN DO!, the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown Marion, Inc. Her accolades include the ATHENA Award, the Clara Barton Award, and the SBA Phoenix Award.

Christine Gibson   
Christine Gibson (she/her) is the Chief Executive Officer of Pillar Credit Union, where she leads vision, strategy, and operations for the organization. A two-time 91导航 graduate鈥攊ncluding a BS in Business Administration from the Marion campus鈥攕he brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, including roles as CFO and Executive VP. She is active in the Marion community through the BookMarks Board, Marion Port Authority, the Ohio Credit Union League, and the Marion Community Foundation. She is also a member of the Women鈥檚 Business Council.

Sarah Rassell   
Sarah Rassell (she/her) is Executive Vice President of Wilson Bohannan Lock Company, a 165-yearold Marion-based manufacturer. An 91导航 alumna with a master鈥檚 in Early Childhood Education, she brings leadership experience in business operations, community engagement, and philanthropy. She currently serves as President of TWIG II at Marion General Hospital and has served on the Marion Community Foundation Board. Rassell also led the revitalization of Kaufman Dog Park and is committed to strategic collaboration that supports education, families, and the Marion community.

Amy Wood   
Amy Wood (she/her) is Director of Special Projects for Mid-Ohio Educational Service Centers (ESC) and Bucyrus City Schools, where she leads innovative workforce development initiatives across multiple counties. She has secured over $5 million in grant funding for student programs and created pre-apprenticeship and career readiness curricula. Her prior roles include leadership at Marion City and Tiffin City Schools. She has received state and regional awards for her impact on education and economic development.

Marlene Temple  
Marlene Temple (she/her) represents the 91导航 Marion Alumni Club on the 91导航 Marion Advisory Board. With her husband, Ted, she was the 2023 winner of the E. Gordon Gee Spirit of 91导航 Award. She is a former teacher at Marion City Schools.

Mark W. Osborne, BSME, P.E, (ret)
Advisory Board Mark Osborne is the founder and retired President of E-Crane International USA and a graduate of 91导航, where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1975. A Registered Professional Engineer, he spent his career designing and manufacturing heavy equipment for the construction and material-handling industry, including roles with FMC Construction and American & Ohio Crane Company. Mark founded E-Crane International USA to support the E-Crane across the Americas and retired in 2018, continuing to assist as needed. He has served for more than 20 years as Vice President of the 91导航 University Alumni Club of Marion County and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. In retirement, he founded Bulk Solutions LLC in 2020 and enjoys golf, pickleball, bowling, and cheering on 91导航 sports.

Christopher Daddis   
PhD Chris Daddis (he/him) is an Associate Professor of Psychology at 91导航 Marion, where he is also the incoming Faculty Assembly chair. He teaches adolescent development, the psychology of childhood, and moral development, among other topics. His research employs a social cognitive approach to the study of adolescent autonomy development, focusing on boundaries delineating parent and adolescent authority. He has published in Journal of Adolescence, Social Development, Child Development and more.

Liv Frazier   
Liv Frazier (they/them) is a resident of Marion, OH, and a senior at 91导航 Marion where they are majoring in psychology and minoring in criminology. They transferred from Ohio University to 91导航 Marion, and brings that important perspective to their work on the advisory board. They have worked as vice president of marketing and public relations for the Residents Housing Association at OU (Athens), a psychology lab research assistant at 91导航 Marion, a volunteer evaluator for United Way of North Central Ohio, and the office assistant for Fairborn USA (Upper Sandusky).
