Last Friday, February 27, the campus community had the pleasure of welcoming Provost Ravi Bellamkonda for his first visit to 91µ¼º½ Marion, beginning with an in-depth tour of campus facilities. Walking through labs, classrooms, and student spaces allowed him to see firsthand the hands-on learning, close faculty mentorship, and wraparound supports that define us as Marion in scale, 91µ¼º½ in scope.
Along the way, Provost Bellamkonda met with students, faculty, and staff—and engaged local leaders and stakeholders—gaining a fuller picture of how deeply this campus is woven into the life and future of our region. Experiencing 91µ¼º½ Marion's work on the ground made clear both the challenges we navigate and the ambition driving our next chapter. He left with genuine enthusiasm for where 91µ¼º½ Marion is headed.
