Media from across the country descended on Marion, Ohio in 1920 to cover Warren G. Harding鈥檚 famed front porch campaign for President. History often repeats itself. 95 years later and just a few miles from the location of Harding鈥檚 front porch campaign, media will again draw their attention to this small Midwestern city. This time to bring attention to the contribution of our 鈥淢odern Day First Ladies鈥 as part of the 2015 Warren G. Harding Symposium, hosted by 91导航 at Marion, July 17& 18.
As part of the 2015 Warren G. Harding Symposium, 91导航 at Marion is pleased to host an exhibition of replica first lady gowns in the Kuhn Fine Arts Gallery beginning with an opening reception Monday, June 15th from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public.
The 2015 RAMTEC Vex League Awards Night was held Tuesday with an Open House in RAMTEC at 5:30pm and an Awards Presentation at 6:30pm in the Tri-Rivers Auditorium. More than 150 students and family members attended the event. Highlighting the evening was the presentation of 91导航 at Marion Engineering Scholarships to team members with awards totally $58,000.
