Six years ago, Dave Claborn, director of development and community relations at 91���� Marion, came together with his team to develop an idea that would reward good, local students: GoBuck$. GoBuck$ is a scholarship program that provides students attending Marion City Schools tuition vouchers for attendance and academic achievement.

91���� Marion Associate Professor of Physics, Christopher Orban, was recently highlighted in the U.S. Department of Defense High Performance Computing Magazine’s autumn 2016 issue for his work in recruiting and mentoring undergraduate student involvement in supercomputer research.

91���� Marion students kicked off the season of giving by collecting, packaging, and distributing over 1,000 articles of winter accessories to help less fortunate Marion area families stay warm this winter.

All members of 91���� community are invited to attend a “Buckeye Strong” event at 7 p.m. today (Nov. 29) at St. John Arena, 410 Woody Hayes Drive, to continue healing from the Monday morning attack on the Columbus campus.
